Is SpaceX part of the Magnificent Seven?

SpaceX is not one of the Magnificent Seven. See the seven companies, why MAG7X adds SpaceX, and how its BNB stock-token reserve works.

No. The Magnificent Seven are Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Nvidia and Tesla. SpaceX is a separate company, not an eighth member of that usual list. MAG7X takes the seven names and adds SpaceX as the theme for a cryptocurrency with a stock-token reserve.

Why isn’t SpaceX in the seven?

The name is a stock-market nickname for a familiar group of large technology businesses. It is not a leaderboard that automatically swaps companies in and out when their market values change. Roundhill’s Magnificent Seven ETF, for example, identifies those same seven companies as its exposures.

SpaceX is known for its launch vehicles and Starlink satellite internet. It gives technology investors another business to follow, but adding it to the conversation does not change what the original seven-company label means.

What does “Magnificent Seven + SpaceX” mean for MAG7X?

It explains the name: MAG7 + X.

MAG7X is a token on BNB Chain, launched through Flap, a platform for creating and trading tokens. It uses a Strategic Reserve Vault, a separate smart contract that can buy supported stock tokens with funding from MAG7X trading taxes.

A stock token is a blockchain asset designed to follow a company’s shares. The MAG7X reserve on Flap supports one for each of the eight companies, including NVDAon for Nvidia and SPCXon for SpaceX.

Buying MAG7X gives you the MAG7X token, not direct shares in those companies. Its own market price is separate from the value of the reserve.

How do stock tokens get into the reserve?

Two things have to happen. MAG7X trading taxes provide BNB for purchases. Then a holder of a supported stock token sells that asset to the vault in exchange for BNB, while its buying phase is open and capacity is available.

That second step matters. A vault with BNB ready to spend has a buying budget. It only holds stock tokens after acquiring them.

On the reserve table, “Held by vault” shows assets already acquired. “Vault can accept” shows how much it could buy under the recorded conditions. The timestamp tells you when those figures were checked.

Where can I take part?

You can inspect the reserve without connecting a wallet. To buy or sell MAG7X, use its Flap trading page. If you already hold a supported stock token, start with the stock-token seller guide to check the asset, buying capacity and sale process.
