Trading tax creates acquisition capacity
MAG7X routes 90% of its trading tax to the Strategic Reserve and 10% to liquidity. Its checked token configuration has a 1% buy tax and a 3% sell tax; the tax & reserve calculator uses the displayed contract snapshot.
The liquidity portion is reserved before migration and added when migration occurs. The reserve portion creates BNB budgets for eight asset buckets. Ordinary dividends, direct burn and creator allocation are configured at zero.
Buyback burns follow the reserve lifecycle described below.
Stock-token sellers fill the reserve
During accumulation, an eligible holder sells a configured stock token into the vault. The vault receives the asset and pays BNB from that asset’s acquisition bucket.
Flap’s current Strategic Reserve interface describes a 3% premium over the oracle price for these stock-asset purchases. The exact quote depends on the oracle, acquisition budget and contract conditions. This premium uses the oracle reference; transaction costs are separate.
The stock-seller guide explains capacity and approvals. The reserve table shows current holdings separately.
Buybacks have a qualification process
Flap’s interface describes a 100-hour qualification period above the token market-cap threshold, plus a minimum reserve requirement. The vault also exposes a liquidation-premium setting. Both the qualification timer and reserve requirement must be satisfied.
- Qualification: the vault evaluates reserve value, token market cap, the threshold and its timer under the deployed rules.
- Liquidation: the stock-selling path into the vault closes. Buyers can purchase the cycle’s available assets with BNB.
- Buyback and burn: resulting BNB funds MAG7X purchases and burns, with the published cap of 1 BNB per 10 minutes. New taxes are assigned to the next cycle.
The phase, quotes and inventory shown by Flap’s vault interface determine which actions are currently possible.
External value can stay inside the system
Once acquired, stock tokens can contribute value independently of MAG7X’s own price. If their value rises, the reserve valuation can rise too. If they fall, so can the reserve.
This gives MAG7X a mechanism beyond its theme: trading can fund a reserve of external assets, which can later contribute BNB to buybacks under the vault’s rules.
Verified assets entering the vault, a visible acquisition history, and a completed reserve cycle. Track these milestones in the reserve report.
