What does the extra L change?
Alphabet’s 2025 annual filing identifies GOOGL as its listed Class A common stock and GOOG as its listed Class C capital stock. Class A carries one vote per share. Class C has no voting rights except where applicable law requires them.
These are share classes of the same parent company. GOOGL is not a separate Google Search business, and GOOG is not a separate YouTube business. Choosing a ticker changes the share class, rather than selecting one Google product.
That is why the final letter is meaningful when reading a stock listing. It identifies the security, even when both names point to the same company.
Where GOOGLon fits
MAG7X’s supported-assets list names GOOGLon at a specific BNB Chain contract. That stock token is an asset the reserve can acquire from eligible sellers under its rules. A budget for it is not evidence that it has already been bought.
The suffix does not establish the token holder’s legal rights. Check a stock-token issuer’s terms independently; Alphabet’s description of its own shares does not explain what a separate crypto contract gives its holders.
For a MAG7X buyer, the boundary is simpler: buying MAG7X does not deliver GOOGL shares, GOOGLon tokens or an Alphabet shareholder vote to your wallet. The reserve remains a separate contract.
A company theme you can actually inspect
Alphabet gives MAG7X a recognizable technology connection. The reserve mechanism adds something concrete to investigate: its intended asset contract, available acquisition funding and recorded holdings.
Open the reserve report to see the dated inventory rather than inferring a position from the name. If the wider Magnificent Seven plus SpaceX theme appeals to you, the MAG7X buy preview lets you explore the token’s own BNB quote. The company ticker helps explain the theme; the quote tells you what token you are buying.
